I moved to Ohio in 2006. I was just 12 when I started working at my family’s restaurant. I began as a dishwasher and slowly worked my way through the kitchen. I prepped, cooked, and eventually moved out to the front—bussing tables, hosting, then serving. That’s where everything changed for me. I realized I didn’t just enjoy food—I loved being part of someone’s meal.
